Cancellations and Refunds

At CloudCart, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully to understand how cancellations and refunds work.

🛑 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
To cancel, please contact us at [your support email/phone] with your order details.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a return and refund (see below).

You may request a return and refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Certain items may not be eligible for returns/refunds due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons (e.g., personal care items, consumables, customized products).
Any promotional/free items included in your order must also be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged.
In case of wrong/damaged product delivery, we’ll cover the return shipping charges.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
